Refund and Return Policy

At NRS by Nilofer, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Used or washed items
• Sale or discounted items
• Jewelry items (unless damaged upon delivery)

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
3. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
